Welcome to CORTE ADAMI, a family winery run by Adami Family, in Soave, is the third generation as vine growers and the first generation as wine producer.

Infact just in 2004, after a long past as grape suppliers to other famous wineries, Adami Family decided to start making our own wine.

The aim: to produce SUPERIORE WINES from the Soave and Valpolicella Area.

CORTE ADAMI owns in total 37 ha located in the hillside of Soave Area and of Valpolicella Area.

The presence of Garda Lake on the west side and the Lessini Mountains in the north, have always permited to create a perfect microclimate condition for growing vines.

Furthermore, the presence of old vines (35/40 years old) – the interesting altitude and exposition and the particular soil composition with volcanic soil in Soave, and a mix of clay and calcareous rocks in Valpolicella permit to obtain Soave white wines with great minerality, freshness and incredible fragrance and Valpolicella red wines with deep ripe fruit, concentrated and rich, but also very expressive and elegant.

VALPOLICELLA wines produced: Valpolicella DOC – Valpolicella DOC Superiore – Valpolicella RIpasso DOC Superiore – Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG
