In the hills of soave the vine-grower, Gino Magnabosco, together with his family, carry on this very passion that traditions have handed down. Intense scent, dry taste and fresh are characteristics of monte tondo's wines that are difficult to forget. Magnabosco family is attentive to any new improvement in grape-producing technology of soave and valpolicella, in order to guarantee wine of the best quality at all times to represent the area in which it is produced. Guests are welcomed in the porch and offered a tour of the premises, where the guide explains the stages involved in the production of wine, from grape pressing to bottling. During the tour, guests learn about the work that goes on in the vineyards, with particular focus on those surrounding the holiday farmhouse. The tour ends with a visit to the wine cellar, where the guide explains how the wine is refined in barriques, tonneaux and large barrels and the final refinement of the wine in the bottle After the tour, guests enjoy a guided tasting of four kinds of wine in our tasting room, accompanied by a platter of charcuterie (soppressa aged salami and bacon) and monte veronese cheese of different ageing, breadsticks, pretzels, tarallini. guests can also taste the homegrown olives and olive oil produced within the farm, served on toasted bread croutons.
