Panificio Tessari di Pressi Margherita

Brognoligo is a small village embraced by the green hills of Soave. My bakery is located on the main road and has been the heart and life of it for 70 years, where the inhabitants gather to buy bread and exchange four chats.  It is here that the Tessari family, for three generations, kneads churns out and sells its products, all linked to the territory and its own peasant tradition, from artisan bread, kneaded as it once was, to seasonal cakes, made with the simplest and most genuine ingredients. There is no more beautiful satisfaction than to see people come back happy to have tasted those flavors of a time that no longer feel.
