Pairings
Soave is a very versatile white wine for pairings, which therefore allows you to find the right combination with a very wide range of dishes, from appetizers, to first courses, to fish or white meat dishes. The vintage Soave is excellent both as an aperitif and to accompany light appetisers or first courses based on fish or vegetables. The more structured versions, such as the Soave Superiore DOCG, are also combined with white meats or fish in more complex and spicy preparations, the reserves are best combined with baked white meats but also with medium-aged cheeses. Soave wine must be served cool at a temperature of about 10 °.
